Telesales Tuition Skills Course
This course is for teams on telesales and cold calling, and who have attended the structured sales course above. CM Services (UK) Ltd will be onsite to train your team (max 5 people) with 1 half hour session on live calls to your customer base. From the sales course and following the live demonstrations from CM Services (UK) Ltd, your team will then have a supportive environment to put into practise everything they have learnt.
